How To Use Open Office.org

 

OpenOffice.org are the program suite that you can use it instead of Microsoft     Office© in Microsoft Windows©. This program suite include

 

Ø  OpenOffice.org Writer                        (As a Microsoft Word©)

Ø  OpenOffice.org Presentation              (As a Microsoft Powerpoint©)

Ø  OpenOffice.org Spreadsheet              (As a Microsoft Excel©)

 

     

 

 The Interface of these program are similar to Microsoft Office. So new user can use it easily.

How To Use OpenOffice.org

 

l  Where? - Go to Application > Office > OpenOffice.org Word Processor or SpreadSheet or Presentation that you want.

l  Start - The Programs will start with interface like pic 1 or pic 2 or pic 3 up to program you use.

l  Functions - You can use functions of programs like you do in Microsoft Office such as Formatting Text, Insert tables, pictures, macro, hyperlink etc.

l  About PDF - You can export your documents in PDF format directly with your OpenOffice.org by click at button that shows PDF sign on the toolbar.

 

l  Page Preview - If you want to print your documents you can preview it by use Page Preview like in Microsoft Office on the toolbar to correct your mistakes.

l  Print - You can print your document with your printer by click at print button.

l  Keep Your Files  - If you want to save your files. Click at the File > Save as and choose where you want to keep it, what type of files and file name you want.
